An excellent service provided by both Nino and Tino. My Lamborghini went to them with pretty much every warning light possible showing and was returned mechanically flawless. Tino talked me through every step and although a big job I knew what to expect at each stage. Nino then sold a Mercedes on behalf of a friend who had moved abroad and again kept me updated all the way through and the car went in a short amount of time having also had some remedial work. I could not not recommend Barr-Tech more highly.

Absolutely over the moon after purchasing our Jaguar xf 3.0d from Barr Tech specialist cars ltd. Nino & his brother Tino have a excellent understanding of their clients needs and are very reassuring in their communication. We traveled 350 miles from Cornwall in appalling weather conditions to purchase this vehicle, and was not disappointed on our arrival. Nino gave us coffee & quasants and showed us around our new purchase with such grace and with a unpressurised style. He was even prepared to offer our deposit back if we were not satisfied with his description of the car. First class service , only wish they were closer to us so we could recommend him to our friends and family to purchase from this fantastic garage.

Having just bought a car through Barr Tech, I cannot recommend the services of both Nino and Tino enough. From the initial enquiry phone call through to doing the deal, Nino was totally honest and straight talking about the car I was buying. The communication throughout the deal was brilliant and before I bought it they fully serviced the car and highlighted all the other issues that would need attention with the associated costs so that a sensible deal could be agreed to cover the cost of the extra works. They are proper ‘old school’ decent, honest and trustworthy guys that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from again in the future. Excellent service!

I had a great experience using Barr-Tech for the servicing and the sale of my Porsche. Cannot stress how impressive Barr Tech were with my Porsche 996 Turbo. With extremely short notice and little to go on, Tino delved straight into the issue and demonstrated a clear passion and commitment for performance cars. Wonderful professional service and a genuine deep knowledge of motors. Brilliant service.

Nino worked really hard to sell my car. He wrote up a great ad, kept me informed of offers, gave me really good advice and got it looking so good that I nearly changed my mind when he sold it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Barr-Tech in the future.

I have had a number of Ferrari cars but never had one so well prepared to such a standard that the word mint does barely do it Justice Nino and Tino are masters at there art.

Top class service from Nino and Tino and of course the mechanics behind the scenes. They were really helpful in dealing with our insurers after they spotted some inferior work carried out elsewhere after an claim. We wouldn't take our Maserati or Porsche elsewhere.

we have used this body shop for years and would never go anywhere else. nissan van with flying debris damage, back to original pristine condition, i challenge anyone to find the repairs! range rover pimped to make it my own and a one off. daughters cars a kia and a nissan both immaculately repaired.

I had substantial panel repair and restoration work carried out by the body shop on my MX5 Icon. The service was excellent with good advice and an excellent standard of repair. The paintwork is perfectly matched to the original. The staff are willing to go the extra mile to get things right. I chose this company because they had experience with MX5s but I also have some classic cars in the family. I would recommend Barr-tech, in particular, for restoration work where the extra attention to detail is important. They even made the extra effort to return of the car to me in time for Christmas - a big ask in terms of time.

I had some bad rust on my drivers door that had actually gone into a hole. Just got it back today and it looks like new!
Have used Barr-Tech on a number of occasions over the years and their service is always second to none, very impressive work and also how they deal with customers is excellent!

I recently bought a used Porsche turbo from Nino. The price was right but the service has been excellent. First class communication throughout and a real personalised experience - nothing was too much trouble. As a result, Barr-Tech now look after my other vehicles and I would whole-heartedly recommend that you do the same.

I bought a used Porsche Boxster from Barr-Tech last week. The price was very competitive and I found the whole process very professional with no sales pressure. Nino agreed to hold the car while I arranged an RAC inspection and was happy to deal with a couple of very minor issues and provide a new MOT and 6m warranty before I picked the car up. I would be happy to recommend Barr-Tech based on my experience.

I was hit from the rear in March and my insurance company approved garage did a poor repair despite having had agreed to do the repair twice. I have complained and my insurance company have agreed for my car to be repaired at my choice of garage. The service I have received at Barr -Tech was second to none. All the areas of concern pointed out were repaired and I was very satisfied with the efficient and friendly service. I would not hesitate to take my Mini to Barr-Tech again as I know that it will be in professional hands.

I recently purchased a car from Nino at Barr Tech. I found them to be extremely helpful and professional , no hard pressure sales and knowledgeable about the product. No request for information was too much.

My 8 year old Maxda MX5 unfortunately suffered a rear end shunt recently, needing a bumper replacement. Barr-Tech were superb, the staff are very courteous and professional, immediately put me at ease and gave clear facts about the repair needed and how the work will be done. The repair was completed swiftly and so perfect is the paintwork match and finish you would never know it isn't the original paint. Many thanks to the Barr-Tech team, especially Adrian who organised everything, including me, so well.

Nino rebuilt my Ferrari 246 GTS after a slight bump, he replaced many panels (hand made them) rebuilt the body, as the worn had got to a few areas and resprayed the car from bare metal. The work was exemplary in every way; completed on-time and within budget. After 5 years the car looks as good as it did the day it left the workshop. I would not hesitate to recommend Nino and Tino for any work that requires a first class finish.

Approximately fifteen years ago I first visited Barr-Tech and met Nino and Tino. Their enthusiasm for all cars soon became obvious. Old or new German or Italian it mattered not. Barr-Tech carried out some paint work on my 911 Supersport. I was so pleased with the result I entrusted them with my Classic Porsche 356. This was a windows out full back to the metal re-spray. This large job was undertaken with great care, skill and attention to detail required to achieve the highest possible standard of finish. I was always welcome backed to the premises to inspect progress at any time. Not only was the restoration finished on time it was also at the price quoted, something you don't hear very often! I was delighted with result and so were the Concours judges of one of the largest events in the country (The Enfield Pageant) they also rubber stamped my thoughts by awarding First Place to my Porsche 356.. Today some 15 years latter the paint still looks good and is testament to the dedication and care taken on every job.
I would whole heartily recommend you give them a try!

We're only too eager to moan & complain when customer service isn't right but I can actually say the service from these guys is superb. They've looked after an array of supercars of mine over the years and nothing is too much trouble for them.
I can ring on the spur of the moment to drop my car in for a quick health-check before going on a long driving journey abroad, and then they'll check it again after I return and despite a quick turnaround I offer to pay and they take pride in doing it for nothing & send me on my way! Brilliant!! Top class service from guys who take pride in what they do.

My car was damaged in a car park (rear o/s wing and bumper dented and scratched) luckily I found the person responsible and went through their insurance. Nino handled everything for me. The repair and respray is flawless. You would never know! The staff are all friendly and it was great to receive such a professional service. Would thoroughly recommend.

I bought a used Ferrari F355 Spider from Barr-Tech, freshly serviced with cambelt change, new MOT and 6 months mechanical warranty. They were still waiting for a couple of new parts for the exhaust system and a/c that did not affect the running of the car and suggested I try the car and bring it back when the parts arrived in. On its return, I mentioned I was disappointed with the leg room being a six-footer. They then spent a considerable time trying to find the solution, eventually re-programming the electric seat control to give me those extra inches and together with the new parts fitted, new handbrake and engine compartment cables plus a few other minor adjustments that I requested, they delivered it back some 25 miles, all free of charge. They also started the warranty afresh. Now that is what I call service! Barr-Techs Tino and Nino obviously have true Italian passion in looking after their customers cars. 5 Stars plus

My Mazda cx5 was repaired by Barr-Tech after an impact in a car park. The nearside front wing and door were damaged.
The service I received from this company was excellent and the repair first class.
all staff were polite, courteous and most helpful. I was kept well informed of progress despite a small delay whilst parts were delivered. Particular thanks to Adrian who I dealt with mostly.

Barr Tech has looked after my cars, currently a not exactly new BMW and Mercedes, ever since I moved to Cambridge six years ago. Their technical expertise and integrity has saved me money on a number of occasions. I would not dream of taking a car of mine to any other garage. By the way if you are unfortunate enough to have to have body repairs its worth insisting your insurers allow Barr Tech to do the repair, their paint work is the best. I wish them well with their new car sales department.
